New program highlights value-priced food, fun, and souvenirs available all 24 days of the Fair

DALLAS — August 26, 2026 — On the heels of the State Fair's recent reduced admission and parking announcement, the State Fair of Texas is giving Fairgoers even more ways to enjoy all their favorite Fair traditions for less with the introduction of Every Day Values, presented by State Farm®, a new program that spotlights value-priced options and helps guests make the most of their visit, including an overall price reduction of rides and games on the State Fair Midway.

“Value means something different to every Fairgoer,” said Mitchell Glieber, State Fair of Texas President. “For some, it may be discovering an affordable favorite food or enjoying an attraction with the family. For others, it could be taking home a special keepsake that helps them remember their day at the Fair. With Every Day Values, we want to make it easier for our guests to find accessible options throughout the Fairgrounds and create a day filled with fun, memories, and value.” 

Reduced Midway Prices: Stretch Your Coupons

Thanks to the efforts of the Fair’s independent ride and game owners, Fairgoers will see lower prices on most rides and games on the State Fair Midway this year, with an average price drop of 17%. These price reductions are part of the Fair’s commitment to delivering more value to Fairgoers and provide more opportunities to enjoy the rides and attractions they love while making their Fair-day dollars go further. In addition, Thrilling Tuesdays are returning for another year, with most rides available for four coupons, and select kiddie rides available for three coupons. The Thrillway and Texas Star Ferris Wheel are excluded. 

Every Day Values Program

From tasty treats and Midway fun to memorable souvenirs and other Fair favorites, the Every Day Values program will provide an avenue for Fairgoers to find items that deliver both value and the unforgettable experiences that make a day at the State Fair of Texas so special. 

The items below are a featured collection of value-priced items at the State Fair, representing just a sampling of the accessible experiences Fairgoers can enjoy throughout the 24-day exposition: 

• One-coupon bottled water at select locations 
• Six-coupon cotton candy 
• Kids’ refillable drinkware for 10 coupons, with five-coupon refills 
• Select four-coupon kiddie rides, with three-coupon kiddie rides on Tuesdays 
• FREE chocolate milk in the GO TEXAN® Pavilion 
• Value-priced State Fair of Texas merchandise 
• An eight-coupon Fletcher’s Original Corny Dog 
• Six-coupon rides on the historic Midway Dentzel Carousel 
• A commemorative State Fair refillable cup for 13 coupons, with four-coupon refills 
• Select Midway games where every kid is a winner

In addition to the value items listed above, the State Fair of Texas has a dedicated listing of over 200 food and beverage items available for $10 or less, along with value combo meals offered throughout the Fairgrounds.
