“I want to write you a note and let you know how thrilled I am with how my children have grown as a result of their summer with Rocky Mountain Theatre for Kids. My younger daughter, Dasha, has blossomed into a wonderful little actress. I remember some years ago watching her in a school play. All she could do was stand on stage and chew on her fingers. Watching her now is a delight. She stands up in front of a group of people and speaks with real authority in her voice. And that’s not just on stage. Some weeks back she had a number of friends spending the night and they all wanted to watch a movie. She convinced them that it would be more fun to make their own play. They all agreed. Those girls wrote and produced their own little play instead of watching television. I was so proud of my daughter’s skill and leadership in getting the other kids to do something creative.
